Ripped off?
« on: March 26, 2012, 07:53:47 PM »

Has it every happened to anyone here before? I have heard of it but never witnessed it online, I remember a few years ago there was a big deal with a casino online ripping a ton of people off. Within a week the place was shut down and the site was not accessible.

Yeah, I have heard of such things before. One day the site is here, and the next day they are gone! I guess it pays to do research and read reviews. I hope it never happens! I wonder if anyone is ever compensated their money back.

I wonder how many legit online sites get a bad reputation for those who like to cheat the system and rip off their players. I am sure the numbers are quite high as its a large industry but how many??

I have read there are such strict laws and regulations. I don't see how a casino could get away with such tactics without getting into serious trouble with the law. Hopefully, these situations are far and very few in between. But still, you seem to hear about them occasionally.
